Each Heath product is handcrafted and may feature subtle variations in stitching, fabric placement, texture, colour, or finish. These variations are a natural part of the handmade process and contribute to the character of each piece.
We make every effort to display our products, colours, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, materials, and the handmade nature of our products. Product availability may be limited, and we reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
3. Orders & Purchases
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

- You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
- You have reviewed your order before completing your purchase.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:

- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised transactions
- Incorrect customer or shipping information
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled order.

All prices displayed on the Heath website are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise indicated. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and confirmed.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. We are not responsible for additional charges imposed by your bank, payment provider, or card issuer.

We aim to process and dispatch orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. Heath is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.
